Defiance Daily Target 2X Long SPCX ETF (SPCU)

Overview

SPCU is a 2X leveraged SpaceX ETF that seeks 200% of the daily performance of SpaceX (Nasdaq: SPCX). The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long SPCX ETF (ticker: SPCU) is designed for active traders who want amplified, single-day long exposure to SpaceX without using a margin account.

The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long SPCX ETF (SPCU) provides investors with amplified long exposure to Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: SPCX) — commonly known as SpaceX — a vertically integrated space, connectivity, and artificial intelligence company that designs, manufactures, and launches reusable rockets and spacecraft, operates the Starlink satellite broadband network, and, following its acquisition of xAI in February 2026, develops and deploys frontier AI models including Grok and operates the X platform.

As a 2X leveraged SpaceX ETF, SPCU seeks to deliver 200% of the daily performance of SpaceX’s stock, offering active traders a tactical, margin-free way to express short-term bullish views on:

  • The continued commercial dominance of reusable launch vehicles and SpaceX’s 80%+ share of global mass to orbit
  • The rapid global expansion of Starlink’s satellite broadband network across 164 countries and territories
  • The convergence of space infrastructure, AI, and connectivity under a single vertically integrated platform
  • SpaceX’s transition from a private growth company to a publicly traded, multi-segment technology and infrastructure leader

Investment Objective

The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: SPCX). The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period other than a single trading day.

Underlying Stock: SpaceX (Space Exploration Technologies Corporation)

Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (SpaceX) designs, manufactures, and launches reusable rockets and spacecraft, provides satellite-based broadband internet services through its Starlink network, and operates an artificial intelligence segment that includes the Grok frontier model and the X platform, following its acquisition of xAI in February 2026. Founded in 2002 by Elon Musk and headquartered in Hawthorne, California, SpaceX serves commercial, government, and defense launch customers and has achieved an over 99% Falcon mission success rate since 2023, launching more than 80% of the world’s mass to orbit each year.

SPCX will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and operates across three primary segments: launch services, satellite connectivity (Starlink), and artificial intelligence. SpaceX reported consolidated revenue of $18.7 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, with its Starlink connectivity segment generating $11.4 billion – up 49.8% year over year – and serving approximately 10.3 million subscribers across 164 countries, territories, and other markets as of March 31, 2026, supported by roughly 9,600 satellites in Low-Earth Orbit.

An investment in the ETF is not a direct investment in Space Exploration Technologies Corporation.

The Fund is not suitable for all investors. The Fund is designed to be utilized only by knowledgeable investors who understand the potential consequences of seeking daily leveraged (2X) investment results, understand the risks associated with the use of leverage, and are willing to monitor their portfolios frequently. The Fund is not intended to be used by, and is not appropriate for, investors who do not intend to actively monitor and manage their portfolios. The Fund pursues daily leveraged investment objectives, which means it is riskier than alternatives that do not use leverage. The Fund magnifies the performance of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (the “Underlying Security”) and is designed strictly for short-term use. For periods longer than a single day, the Fund’s performance will be the result of compounded daily returns, which is very likely to differ from 200% of the return of SpaceX over the same period. It is possible that investors could lose their entire principal within a single trading day.
