The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long AMKR ETF (AMKL) provides investors with amplified long exposure to Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR), the world’s largest U.S. headquartered provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) services. Since 1968, Amkor has served as a strategic manufacturing partner for the world’s leading semiconductor companies, foundries, and electronics OEMs, with turnkey manufacturing services supporting the communications, computing, automotive, industrial, and consumer markets — including smartphones, data centers, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, and wearables.

AMKL seeks to deliver 200% of the daily performance of AMKR’s stock, offering active traders a tactical way to express short-term bullish views on the expansion of advanced semiconductor packaging, growth in AI and high-performance computing workloads, electrification and digitization of the automotive market, and innovation within the global semiconductor supply chain — without the need for a margin account.

Investment Objective

The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR). The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period other than a single trading day.
