Overview

The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long AMPX ETF (AMPU) provides investors with amplified long exposure to Amprius Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: AMPX), a developer and manufacturer of high-performance lithium-ion batteries built on a proprietary silicon anode platform. Amprius serves customers across the aviation, drone, defense, and electric vehicle (EV) industries, with its batteries powering unmanned aerial systems (UAS), satellites, and next-generation mobility platforms that demand industry-leading energy density and longer operational range.

AMPU seeks to deliver 200% of the daily performance of AMPX’s stock, offering active traders a tactical way to express short-term bullish views on the expansion of advanced battery technology, growth in commercial and defense drone deployments, electrification of aviation and ground transportation, and innovation within the high-energy-density lithium-ion ecosystem—without the need for a margin account.

Investment Objective

The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of Amprius Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: AMPX). The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period other than a single trading day.
