Overview
The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long ASTS ETF (ASTY) provides investors with amplified long exposure to AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTS), a satellite designer and manufacturer developing a space-based cellular broadband network engineered to connect standard mobile phones directly to spaceborne platforms—without the need for specialized handsets or ground-based infrastructure. AST SpaceMobile serves customers across the telecommunications, aviation, defense, and government sectors, with its growing satellite constellation targeting global connectivity coverage for billions of mobile users who currently lack reliable broadband access.
ASTY seeks to deliver 200% of the daily performance of ASTS’s stock, offering active traders a tactical way to express short-term bullish views on the build-out of next-generation satellite communications infrastructure, the global expansion of direct-to-device broadband connectivity, growing demand for space-based telecom solutions across commercial and defense markets, and the continued evolution of low-earth orbit satellite technology—without the need for a margin account.
Investment Objective
The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) the daily percentage change in the share price of AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTS). The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period other than a single trading day.

For periods longer than a single day, the Fund’s performance will be the result of compounded daily returns, which is very likely to differ from 200% of the return of ASTS over the same period. It is possible that investors could lose their entire principal within a single trading day.
